  2. In a large, non-metallic bowl, combine all the marinade ingredients.
  3. Add the pork ribs to the marinade and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight for deeper flavor.
  5. Remove the ribs from the marinade and place them on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 1.5 hours at 400°F (200°C).
  7. In the last 15 minutes of baking, prepare the basting sauce by combining all ingredients in a small bowl.
  8. Baste the ribs generously with the sauce, then return them to the oven for an additional 15 minutes.
  9. Remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Tips

  • For a smoky flavor, you can add a few drops of liquid smoke to the marinade.
  • If you prefer a thicker sauce, simmer the basting sauce in a saucepan for a few minutes before using.
  • Serve these ribs with your favorite BBQ sides, like coleslaw, baked beans, or potato salad.
